Go Plans was created by two senior managers of a leading architectural firm in the UK. After
completing over 2000 projects over fifteen years in the industry, they created a new system that was
designed to revolutionise the way residential projects are created.

We know that working with traditional architects is a slow process, we also know that they typically
charge 7-10% of the build cost for their services and they don’t provide Structural Engineering, we can
do it all for around 2% including engineering.

Our system has been designed so that a client can access our services anywhere in the country and
get state of planning and structural designs for a fraction of the cost of the traditional ways.
